I became

the coach i desperately needed.

When I started my fitness journey, I hit a wall fast.
I was recovering from an eating disorder, navigating undiagnosed Autism and ADHD trying to make it as a touring musician and searching for a coach who actually got it Spoiler: I couldn't find one.

So I became one. FCC exists because Alternative, LGBTQIA+, and neurodivergent folk deserve a space built specifically for them - not one they have to adapt themselves to fit into. No diet culture

chat. No grind mentality. No gendered BS. Just real, sustainable training and nutrition that works with your brain and way of life.
