HEYy! I'M LUCINDA

(they/them)

I’m an online fitness coach and nutritionist, parent of tiny sassy princess dog Aubrey.

I found myself here because when I started my fitness journey I couldn't find anyone like me in the industry to support me with my fitness and food relationship.

I strive to be that relatable, approachable, compassionate coach, that could give baby Lucinda evidence based information, and not overcomplicate starting a fitness journey, and actually understand what I needed as a trans and neurodivergent person.

Fitness can be fun, it can be empowering and it can change your whole world and mindset. It did for me, and I want to give other folk that same feeling of confidence and empowerment that transfers over to the rest of their life.
