What TEAM FCC say

meet your coach

HEYy! I'M LUCINDA

(they/them)

I’m an online fitness coach and nutritionist, parent of tiny sassy princess dog Aubrey.

I built superhuman to give people incredible workout programming at a super affordable price, that they could follow along, pause anytime, and read out in the community whenever they need support, or just a bit of a morale boost fo rthe tougher days.

We live in a world where there are a million influencer and AI workout apps, and I got fed up of them feeding people unrealistic starting points or misinformation that resulted in people being scared off, losing the fire in their belly for training, ending up with disordered habits around training or nutrition, or getting injured.

I strive to be who I needed when I first started my fitness journey, which was someone relatable, approachable, that would give me evidence based information, and not overcomplicate starting a fitness journey.

Fitness can be fun, it can be empowering and it can change your whole world and mindset. It did for me, and I want to give other folk that same feeling of confidence and empowerment that transfers over to the rest of their life.

FAQ

I'm a complete beginner — is this for me?

Yes, 100%. Rise is specifically built for people who've never picked up a weight in their life. It walks you through every movement, builds confidence first, and assumes nothing. You're exactly who I made it for.

I don't have a full gym setup — can I still join?

Yep. Low Key is for anyone training at home, in a hotel, or in a small gym with limited kit. The minimum you need for Low Key is a set of dumbbells (adjustable ideally) and resistance bands with a door anchor.

How much time do I need each week?

This depends on the path you pick and if you add on any side quests ⤵️

Rise — 3 days a week

Beefcake — 4 days a week

Fast & Ferocious — 3 days a week (plus your running)

Low Key — 2 days a week

💡 You also don't have to do ALL the sessions each week, if you prefer to skip one every week due to your schedule that's always absolutely fine. Just leave it unchecked in the app and crack on the week after.

I've tried fitness apps before and bounced off after a few weeks. Why would this be different?

My honest answer? Because there's an actual person behind it (me), not an algorithm guessing at what you might need. You can DM me when you're confused, stuck, or need an alternative exercise.

You also have the flexibility to pause, switch paths, or repeat a week instead of playing catch up. I included this function for a reason... life happens, and the program is designed with this in mind.

And lastly... I'm a coach not an influencer. I have worked with hundreds of different bodies and people over the years. I pride myself on the simplicity and effectiveness of my programming, it's a skill I've worked on for years and if you stick at it, you will see incredible progress.

Can I switch between programs?

Anytime. Goals shift, seasons change, you fancy a new flavour. Hop between Rise, Beefcake, Fast & Ferocious, and Low Key whenever you fancy. No extra subscriptions or faff, you do it all within the app.

What if I need to pause?

Pause your program at any point. Travel, illness, a big life moment, a brain that needs a week off — all fine. When you come back, you pick up exactly where you left off rather than playing catch-up.

Is this trans and queer inclusive?

Abso-bloody-lutely! Crüe was built specifically for my LGBTQIA+ family.

I'm neurodivergent — will this work for me?

I'd really like to think so. I am AuDHD myself, and am always trying to bare ND folks in mind when making improvements to my coaching. The programming is structured but flexible, the resource library breaks things down into small digestible chunks, and you can always DM me if something isn't clicking. The community is full of other neurodivergent folks too, so you will be surrounded by likeminded folks.

What's the difference between monthly and annual?

Monthly is £75/month, cancel anytime, maximum flexibility. Annual is £750/year — same access, you save £150 (12 months for the price of 10). Start monthly and want to switch to annual later? Just drop me an email or a DM!

Can I cancel anytime?

Yup! No notice period, just use the cancellation link in the resources section. It works like a Netflix subscription.

The annual plan is a 12-month commitment paid in full, but there is no pressure to renew it (just make sure you set a reminder when the the yearly payment comes out - as it will charge you yearly!)

I’m Injured, can I still join?

Probably yes — but let's chat first. DM me before you sign up and tell me what's going on, and I'll give you a straight answer about whether Crüe makes sense for you right now, or whether you'd be better off seeing a physio first.

If you've got a long-term niggle you train around (dodgy knee, shoulder that does its own thing, etc.), the programming is adaptable — exercises can be scaled, swapped, or modified, and I'll help you figure out how.

I'm a coach, not a physio, so anything acute or undiagnosed needs a professional eye on it first. I'd rather you come back to me when you're ready than push through and make anything worse!

I don’t want to run, I just want to lift, is this suitable for me?

Yes, easily. Beefcake, Rise and Low Key program paths don't include any running. These are all strength based.

Rise does have some cardio in it, but it's all low impact.

What equipment do I need for home workouts?

Adjustable Dumbbells, Set of mixed resistance bands, and a height adjustable doorway pull up bar - Like this one here

Dont worry you don’t need to know how to do full pull ups we use it for all sorts of other things.

I’m under 18 can I use your app or work with you?

My coaching services are for folks that are over 18 only.

Have any other questions? Give me a shout here or feel free to DM me on instagram!
