I'm Lucinda (they/them). I built FCC because it NEEDED to exist.

When I started my fitness journey, I hit a wall fast.
I was recovering from an eating disorder, navigating undiagnosed Autism and ADHD, trying to make it as a touring musician and searching for a coach who actually got it, and I just couldn't find one.
After smashing down a lot of imposter syndrome I finally got to work on being the possibility person I needed so badly back then.
FCC exists because Alternative, LGBTQIA+, and neurodivergent folk deserve a space built specifically for them - not one they have to adapt themselves to fit into.
No diet culture chat. No hustle or grind mentality. No gendered rubbish. Just really decent, sustainable training and nutrition that works with your brain and fits into your life.
Fuzz Culture Club is the evolution of that mission - three tiers, one community, and me in your corner at whatever level you need.
